We've been building tools for recruiters — talking to hiring teams at large companies who review hundreds of applicants per opening. We learned what makes them stop on a resume, and what makes them skip it in seconds.
The problem wasn't that candidates lacked experience. It was that their resumes didn't speak the recruiter's language. Great people were getting overlooked because their resumes were generic, unfocused, and didn't align with the specific role.
On top of that, every resume builder out there works like a form you have to fill out — and that experience is painful. We wanted something different. A tool that works like a conversation, where you just talk and it builds your resume for you. Something beautiful, easy to use, and available to everyone in any language.
